Kiernan Susan Kiernan’s practice includes divorce and related family law matters such as guardianships, prenuptial agreements and will contests, as well as estate administration.  Susan also concentrates on documenting and closing commercial real estate and residential home closings. Susan began practicing law in 1978 after graduating from Brandeis University and Suffolk University Law School .  She has been an elected member of the Milton School Committee, School Building Committee, the Environmental Health and Safety Committee and has been a town meeting member for nine years.  She has also worked extensively at the state level regarding educational issues.  Susan is a member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.  She is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth.
